• PROHIBITED WEBSITES: Adult sites, pornographic sites, hate sites, racism sites, warez sites, non-english sites, and sites containing any form of adult or illegal content or links to such content are strictly prohibited. Members who post such sites will have their accounts deleted and credits erased without notice.

• WEBSITES CAN NOT CONTAIN: pop ups, pop unders, or exit pop ups. ActiveX plugin download boxes, or any other type of pop-up advert that opens a new browser window. Any form of malicious code, frame breaking code, browser altering scripts or install prompts are strictly prohibited. Ads that fly in or drop in ARE ALLOWED as long as they do not open in a new window or cover the whole webpage.

• SPAMMING: Spamming your referral link in any way to gain referrals is prohibited. Members who are found spamming will have their accounts deleted and credits erased without notice

TERMS & CONDITIONS

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us, our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, caused by or arising out of claims made against us based upon the use of your Traffic Invasion Membership.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR INTERRUPTED COMMUNICATIONS, LOST DATA OR LOST PROFITS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.

YOU ALSO AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT IS CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE
