Tacos are as great as the imagination allows. Start with either a soft or hard shell tortilla. In a large skillet, brown 1-lb ground beef with some chopped onions. Add 1-teaspoon of preferred seasonings, such as garlic, chili powder, and cumin. Like it hot? Then add some chopped jalepeno peppers. Simmer mixture for about 5 minutes. Then build a taco with your meat, and ingredients of your choice: refried beans, cheese, salsa, peppers, lettuce, black olives, radishes, and tomatoes, sour cream.
The nicest part of tacos dinner is it's quick to fix, everyone builds their own combination, and easy clean up after dinner.
