- Help them start a devotional life with Adventist literature
3. Visit them
4. Involve them
- It is not wise to appoint new members quickly to heavy leadership positions
- "When souls are converted, set them to work at once. And as they labor according t otheir ability, they will grow stronger. It is by meeting opposing influences that we become confirmed in the faith" (Evangelism, p. 355)
- Jesus gave the demoniac his first assignment: "Go home to your friends, and tell them what great things the Lord has done for you, and how He has had compassion on you." Mark 5:19
