By creating a SellShareware?Create.com Affiliate Account, you are agreeing to the terms specified in this agreement. Violation of any restrictions included here may result in cancellation of your account, and possible forfeit of affiliate revenue.
As a SellShareware?Create.com affiliate, you earn revenue by generating sales of software programs. You generate these by encouraging web users to visit one or more product information pages on the SellShareware?Create.com site. You may advertise products via:
You MUST NOT advertise any SellShareware?Create.com URL, or use the SellShareware?Create.com name, or use the name of a product in the SellShareware?Create.com library within any email sent unsolicited to users or in postings to News Groups or Mailing List. SPAMMING IS NOT ALLOWED.
Pornographic sites, sites dealing with Warez, or other sites deemed inappropriate may have their affiliate accounts terminated at any time.

Getting Paid
Affiliates are paid a commission, based on values set by software publishers, for each sale they help generate. Accounts will be paid within 30 days after the close of a calendar month. If an affiliate account balance is less than $50, balance will be held until 30 days after the close of them month where balance is over $50. In other words, you won't get your first check until you have earned $50. Affiliate accounts without visitor activity for 6 months will be terminated and any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
Authors do have the right to change commission rates without notice, but you will always be paid based on the rate in effect on the day the sales lead was generated.
Non-Qualified Orders
Orders placed by an affiliates themselves do not qualify for commission.
Also, there may be occassions where orders will be refunded at the request of consumers or vendors, or orders may be charged-back due to credit card fraud. Affiliate commission is not paid on these orders.
SellShareware?Create.com Responsibilities
SellShareware?Create.com will be responsible for tracking sales of software products along with the Affiliate generating those sales. We will also be responsible for transfer of payment from Authors/Publishers?Create to the Affiliate partners. SellShareware?Create.com takes no responsibility for the quality or safety of any software product distributed via our site, and affiliate partners are encouraged to try a product before recommending it.
You understand that SellShareware?Create.com affiliate programs and associated software are offered "as-is" and you agree that in no event will SellShareware?Create or software vendors be held liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes in Policy
SellShareware?Create.com reserves the right to change policies without prior notice. In addition, Affiliate Partner accounts can be terminated for cause at the discretion of SellShareware?Create.com, with all valid commissions due being paid to the affiliate in full.
