Most of you know that I have been away on a mission. I was in St. Petersburg Russia. The Lord works in such marvelous ways. All we need to do is pray, and sow. Is there anything else we need to do? It is God's job to water the seeds that we plant. He does the harvest.

I had a dream. It wasn't a real dream. You know how the thoughts come into your mind. A year in advance I knew there was a Rotary conference in Russia, and there was a health component to it. So it came ot my mind, what is there I can do as a Rotarian to serve the Lord? I had a little idea in my head for the program called "An Ounce of Prevention."

I thought "What if we could translate this into Russian, and have the Rotarians spread it through Russia?" There are 46 Rotarian clubs in Russia.

The problem is how to get the book translated, and get it over there, in such a little time, when there is so little time to get anything done.

Do you know when the books got here? The day before they were needed. You can not help but see God's hand in this. 15,000 copies... 2,000 went to sibera... handfuls to Belarus. They want a special translation to Belarusian. Hans Deal who is the editor, when he heard about this, he said it was a once in a lifetime thing.

It's God's arm to spread the health message into Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kurgistan.

The Lord is good.

I brought a book of photos that I took during the ministry over there. I also met with David Noga, the health and temperance leader of the Ukrainian Union conference. We are together trying to buold a new medical center. We are in the process of planning.

We are about a third done with it. I wanted to share these things with you.
