The offer offer: Plea Agreement and Pre-Sentence Report Consulting & Review, Initial Prison Placement Services, and other Review & Placement Services, prior to and after Plea Agreement and/or Pre-Sentencing Reports have been generated. We provide assistance at anytime in the following programs and services: Drug/Substance?Create Abuse Program (500 Hour RDAP), Boot Camp or Shock Incarceration (ICC), Institutional and Treaty Transfers, Commutation of Sentence, Half-Way House Placement (Community Corrections Center), Home Confinement, Compassionate Release, Work Cadre and/or Release, as well as any other State Department of Corrections.

According to them, after a prisoner has served 18 months on good conduct, they shoudl be elibible to request a Nearer Transfer, or possibly an Educational or Hardship transfer.

According to their site, you may be eligible to serve 10% of your sentence on Home Confinement whether or not you take Half-Way House/CCC Placement. You are also eligible to have this supervised by the BOP/DOC or the Probation Department. You may be eligible to have more Home Confinement if the Probation Department supervises it. Normally though, it must be ordered as part of your sentence.
