My name is Kirsty-Marie Boyce and I wanted to let you know about a new feature we've recently added to OzImages?Create|Search that might be a useful addition to your own website

We have been getting a lot of enquiries from both Photographers and Photo Buyers wanting to know 'how much a photo costs'. Unfortunately we're finding a more and more photographers entering the market with little knowledge in this area, and all too many buyers with no clear idea of realistic pricing.

To address this we've recently built a 'Stock Price Calculator' ... a web based application that calls on an extensive database of past pricing examples to provide a guide to a large number of photo uses.

This is totally free for anyone to access and first of all I thought you may find it a useful link to add to your bookmarks for future reference. I also thought it might be a useful link to add to your website.

Since we've added it to OzImages?Create|Search we've already seen a major drop in the number of people 'expecting' free or cheap images. We find it is deterring those people and giving the genuine buyers a better idea of what to expect. If you think this could be a useful resource for your visitors please feel free to add a link.

Of course, what will make this work is the regular addition of current pricing information from photographers like yourself. So my second request is that you consider completing a short pricing survey from time to time.
