To our valued customers,
As many of you are aware, at 2.pm. Monday March 14th, our primary 1GB connection that links our facility to the Internet failed. The problem has been traced to the SBC routing and switching facilities in San Francisco. We are operating on our backup connections, so while all customers hosted web sites and applications are running, end users may be experiencing significantly reduced performance.
We deeply regret the inconvenience this may be causing you.
This issue is now escalated to the attention of members of SBCs West Coast executive management, who assure us that this problem has been given the highest possible priority for resolution. We are in close, ongoing contact with the assigned trouble-shooting team at SBC.
At this stage, SBC is unable to give us any time at which this issue might be resolved. We continue to manage traffic on a minute-by-minute basis to maximize throughput for all our customers' web sites and applications.
We will contact you again when this issue is resolved. In the meantime, we thank you for your patience, and please do not hesitate to call us at our Support desk where the Nacio support team will be pleased to assist and update you.
