  • Call to 800-513-1777 - "Welcome to Credit Services, please enter your 9 digit social security number now." Yeah Right! Enter nothing, and get "You will be transfered to the next available representative."
  • Recording says the offices are only open Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm central time.
