I have been getting the following error message pop up sometimes when I try to open a program:
DLL JSDRegGetJ2GResFileSpec

What is this? Should I be concerned?

This has also been seen on a computer with Windows XP Professional. The popup error message does not look like a normal popup message. The title bar of the dialog box does not have a title. The icon in the upper left is just a white box with blue borders (the top border slightly thicker).
The actual message is:
- "Failed to load resource DLL JSDRegGetJ2GResFileSpec "
- It has an exclamation icon, and an OK button. It does not always happen when clicking to open something in the file explorer.
