A. Googles result style showing excerpts of your page can not be directly changed. It is possible to have Google use the Dmoz description for any page on your site. Put the NOSNIPPETS metatag in your page.

   META NAME="GOOGLEBOT" CONTENT="NOSNIPPET" 

If there is no corresponding DMOZ directory entry, you page description on Google may be blank.

Removing snippets also removes cached pages.
