The Glenn Beck Program is a Radio Talk Show on AM TALK 910 KNEW a San Francisco Bay Area radio station.
Skit - Moron Trivia - This occured On January 21, 2005
- Rules: Callers are called at random and asked a few basic questions.
- Q. "What is the name of the national anthem?"
- When people hesistate he'll offer to play a clip... Part of "We were kung fu fighting is played"
- One person answered "Kung Fu fighting", and Glen gave them credit for the answer.
- Q. Name 3 of the original 13 colonies
- 1 Caller: I've only been here 4 years. I'm a political science major, but this question is really difficult.
- Glenn's answer: Pennsylvania, New York, and Denver
- Caller: Oh, alright...
- To another caller who had no idea at all
- Q. Name 3 things that can be put into coffee
- Callers: Cream, sugar.... Long pause.... Other answers for the third item: water, milk
- Q. Who was Simon ....
- Callers know right away he is one of the judges on American Idol!
- Caller: Well yeah, my friends are coming over this weekend for the playoff games, but we don't have a TV.
- What month do you vote for President?
- What major event happened on Thursday?
- I don't know
- Answer: It was may day... It was hard to catch if you don't have a TV.
- Who makes the Airbus or the Boeing 747?
- That's a difficult question, I've only been here 3 years.
- Glenn: Where are you from?
- Morrocco
- Glenn: Wow, I got an A in school playing the morrocos
- Caller: Really? Where?
- Glenn: When I was in Sweden....
- Glenn: Boeing makes one, and airbus
- Bill Gates is founder of what company?
- Caller: I don't know....
- Glenn: He's the inventor of windows
- Caller: Oh ok...
- Glenn: Before he invented windows, all we had were doors.
- Caller with a flag on the field: Mark
- Milk and Cream are the exact thing, or very similar.... BUZZZZZ! Glen: No they are not!
- Glenn: I don't want to have coffee around you, we'll end up with cheese in our coffee "Well, they are both dairy products"
- Another caller complaining that water is not on the condiment bar at Starbucks, so it shouldn't a
- Caller: Henry
- Playing against a convenience store clerk in Phila. Are you going to be watching the playoff.
- Q. What month do you vote for president?
- Caller: November?
- Great! OK, next question
- Q. What important government event happened on Thursday?
- Inagraul something, the inaugural bush or something
- I've been in the country going on 4 years
- Who makes.... Where you from?
- You ever been to Morrocco? You can get musical instruments there cheap... What kind of instruments? Morroccoos?
- Who makes the airbus A380 and the Boeng 747
- Caller: uuhhhhhhh
- Glenn: That's a tough one... You want to take a guess, you think....
- Caller: uhhh...
- Glenn: I'll imitate the sound of my morroccos, because I don't have them with me.
- Caller: Uhhhh.....
- BUZZZ!
- Glenn: Jet blue makes both of them.
- Q. What computer company was founded by Bill Gates?
- Caller: HP?
- Glenn: Wrong, it was Gatesway computers, they have the boxes that look like pigs.
