Federal Contract Pure Trust Organizations are created because the

Question from a retired attorney: A dear friend was going to get involved in a business in Nevada, and form an LLC or a corporation. Later the friend's wife wanted to be part of the organization, and a 50% split would not have worked. Would it work to form a trust, as a separate entity, and then incorporate so the joint income from the business...
Everyone knows about corporations and LLCs, and often an LLC is a better choice. When you create something that is given to you as a privilege by the state, they own the reins, and they have complete access to your records anytime they want to. If you don't comply, they can cancel the corporation.
There is a reason why banks don't want to give out paperwork about bank accounts: If you read them, you might not want to open the account.
Bad idea to attach corporations or LLC's to trusts.
One of the interesting things is that in the 71 Supreme Court is that all things must operate according to due process, and the constitution says our rights are inalienable and unlienable. Where do they think they can get away with the Patriot Act and arrest people without charges, when it specifically says in our constitution that they can't do that?
Seizure of your home due to forfeiture powers, without due process of law, can not be done legally and lawfully.

A home ownering Trust may require a headquarters or just security, where you will be the live-in caretaker in exchange for free rent. And, a home-owning Trust may contract with you, in exchange for free rent, to be Caretaker of "its" home and Trust headquarters and oversee the maintenance and security.
