This wiki site has a demonstration of a wide range of site templates, or wiki skins. This wiki apparently has been modified to use a site template system that allows any page on the wiki to be given a template different than any other pages. Another unique feature is that the site templates are editable from within the wiki. There were about two dozen pleasing site templates available there.
