Amazon Associates Survey
This survey was requested of Amazon associates (Amazon Associates Program ) in June of 2004. Amazon is seeking to measure satisfaction of associates with the associates program. For answering almost 60 screens of questions, the promised payoff is a $5 gift certificate, which will take up to 4 weeks to be emailed, thus increasing chances that it will get lost in spam, and never cashed.
